Selected Work

Work

Case studies across my career: from products I owned end-to-end through launch and ongoing iteration, to concept and strategy work that pushed emerging technology ahead of the market, to hands-on R&D that tested those technologies before the industry had settled on what they were good for.

Launched & Owned

Products I created end-to-end, from concept through production, with most launching and continuing under my ownership.

Concept & Strategy

Repositioning Capital One Spark for Small Business Growth

Interviews with 11 small business owners showed Capital One which segment Spark could win, and produced two site architectures built on how those owners think about money.

Research & Development

Hands-on technical investigation: building hardware and running studies to test what emerging technology could do, then turning the findings into a defensible point of view.

Everyone Says VR Is Intense. We Measured It.

Used Senstream’s biosensing platform to record what happens in the body when the same racing game is played on a screen versus in a VR headset, and measured a 300% average difference in response to the same event types.
